Welcome to Jatra Nova Tours & Travels. By booking any tour package or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making your booking.
Tour packages can be upgraded or modified upon prior request, subject to availability and applicable charges.
JATRANOVA TOURS & TRAVELS reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any tour before or during the journey due to unavoidable circumstances including but not limited to:
If a tour is cancelled by JATRANOVA TOURS & TRAVELS before commencement, the booking amount will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
For premium tour packages that include train or flight tickets, refunds will be processed only after deducting applicable railway, airline cancellation charges and other service charges, if applicable.

Travel insurance is not included in any of our tour packages. Guests are advised to purchase suitable travel insurance independently before travelling.
Every traveller is responsible for carrying their own medicines and personal medical essentials. Guests must ensure that they are medically fit to undertake the tour.
JATRANOVA TOURS & TRAVELS shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, damage, inconvenience, or additional expenses arising due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
Any additional expenses arising due to unforeseen situations, including hotel extensions, transportation changes, itinerary modifications, medical emergencies, or any other incidental costs, shall be borne solely by the traveller.
By confirming your booking and making the required payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms & Conditions, Booking & Payment Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Refund Policy of JATRANOVA TOURS & TRAVELS.
