1. Payment Security

We guarantee that all payments made towards tour packages are securely processed and handled by Jatra Nova Tours & Travels.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking, you will receive a refund based on the cancellation timeline mentioned below.

Note: Train tickets, flight tickets, or any other third-party transport ticket charges are non-refundable by Jatra Nova. Refunds for such tickets will be processed strictly according to the respective Railway or Airline refund policy.

30 Days or More Before Arrival	95% of the booking amount will be refunded.
15 Days Before Arrival	50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
Within the Last 7 Days Before Arrival	0% refund.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed after cancellation approval.
• The refund process generally takes 10–15 working days from the date of cancellation.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

• Train Ticket Charges
• Flight Ticket Charges
• Government Taxes (where applicable)
• Visa Fees (if applicable)
• Any third-party non-refundable bookings
