Booking & Payment Policy

Effective Date: 1st July 2026

At Jatra Nova Tours & Travels, we believe in maintaining a transparent and hassle-free booking process. Please read our Booking & Payment Policy carefully before confirming your tour package.

1. Advance Booking

To confirm your booking, an advance payment of 30% of the total tour package price is required. Your booking will be considered confirmed only after the advance payment has been successfully received.

2. Second Payment

A further 50% of the total package price must be paid 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.

3. Final Payment

The remaining 20% of the total package price must be paid before hotel check-in. Failure to complete the final payment may result in delays or cancellation of the booked services.

4. Payment Confirmation

After every successful payment, you will receive a payment confirmation from Jatra Nova Tours & Travels via SMS or WhatsApp.

5. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash
• Online Payment
• Bank Transfer (NEFT / IMPS / RTGS)
• PhonePe
• Google Pay (GPay)

6. Important Notes

• All payments are subject to successful verification.
• Please keep your payment receipt or transaction ID for future reference.
• Package prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
• Any applicable bank charges or payment gateway charges shall be borne by the customer, where applicable.
